I just ran across two items that both address the matter of “new media” (AKA cyberspace, internet, etc.). One is a blog post, the other in “old media” form (a book–which I first read about in a “new media” blog post). I’ve read the first and the first chapter of the 2d (via Amazon’s Reader) and ordered it (online!) for reading later this week (thanks to Amazon and UPS).
Gunner’s thoughts are perceptive and worth reading and if the sample of the book that I read are representative, the book will be also.
Shallow Christianity, post by Gunner Gunderson on the Raw Christianity blog.
The New Media Frontier: Blogging, Vlogging, and Podcasting for Christ, a vol. edited by John Mark Reynolds and Roger Overton (Crossway, 2008; ISBN-10: 1433502119)
