Audio of my Ehrman critique

I’ve just posted an mp3 audio file of my paper from the Bible Faculty Summit this past July, “The Rehabilitation of Heresy: ‘Misquoting’ Earliest Christianity,” which is a critique of Bart Ehrman’s Lost Christianities, along with the underlying thesis of Walter Bauer in his Orthodoxy and Heresy in Earliest Christianity. You’ll find the download link on my main NT Resources page (along with the pdf version that was posted last month). The audio also includes my “pseudo response” (which I intended to be partly playful and partly serious), Andy Hudson’s formal response, as well as the ensuing discussion time following.

The audio is an hour and forty minutes total. It divides up like this:

First 60 minutes (almost exactly), my presentation
from 1:00 to 1:02:42, my "pseudo response"
1:02:42 to 1:14:35, Andy's response
1:14:35 to 1:24, my rejoinder
1:24 to 1:40, Q & A
