Thinking about doctoral study?

Here’s a helpful (though brief) discussion of options for those considering doctoral study. It was written some time ago by D. A. Carson and covers DMin, DMiss, EdD, and PhD options (those being the 4 doctorates that TEDS offers, but he evaluates study overseas also).

    I just re-checked the link and it opens immediately for me. It is a direct link to a pdf file, not to a web page, so it will depend on how you’ve configured your browser to handle pdf files–and which browser you’re using. I’m using Firefox 3.0.10 with Firefox pdf plugin (v 1.0.4, May 2009) for Mac OS X.
