Perhaps I’ve seen this before and have forgotten, but in hunting for an online source for the Bulletin of Biblical Research (BBR), I was unable to find it in any of the major periodical databases. But that isn’t necessary, since BBR has the full run of back issues online on their own site (3 years are embargoed). Full text 1991-2005.2; abstracts 2006.1-2008.2; 2009 not posted yet.
There is also a search engine and browser available.
The quality of articles in BBR is consistently high.
BBR is indexed by ATLA, though they may not be right up to date.
I also have the BBR site and articles indexed in the deinde journal search and I think the deinde web search as well.

That’s interesting. What I was looking for in BBR wasn’t coming up in EBSCO/ATLA. Perhaps it was newer than what is entered. Why don’t you post the links to your journal search page here. I suspect that others would find it helpful if they’ve not seen it.
Well this is interesting, ATLA is no longer listing BBR as being indexed, but I was watching that closely and it was there (http://www.atla.com/products/titles/titles_ATLAS.html) very odd!
The deinde searches are available right on the frontpage of http://www.deinde.org
